Since our products are not transferable (except our gift vendors) we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges without proof of transaction of multiple purchases.
No problem - we hold nearly all transactions data from Second life - slexchange and onrez.com. The first thing you should do is to use the one of our Update servers in the mainstores. If the server cannot help, please write us a notecard with following Information:
The name of the product you bought
The date
the place where you bought
The transactions key
